OutfitGen FAQ

How Do OutfitGen Credits Work?

See how Standard and Pro generations use credits, how subscription allowances reset, and when credit packs expire.

Credits pay for generations

A credit is consumed when OutfitGen runs an image generation. Uploading a photo, writing a prompt, moving between tools, or previewing the editor does not by itself use a credit. Standard and Pro have different generation costs because they use different output modes.

Standard generations use 1 credit. Pro generations use 2 credits. A retry is a new generation because it asks the model to produce another result, so review your photo and prompt before submitting when you want to make credits last longer.

Free use, subscriptions, and credit packs

  • Visitors can make 3 free generations without creating an account.
  • A free signup can receive bonus credits. Public copy does not promise a fixed bonus because eligibility and experiments can vary.
  • Plus includes 100 credits per month, Pro includes 500, and Studio includes 1,000.
  • Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • One-time credit pack credits do not expire and are separate from recurring plan allowances.

Estimate a project before you start

Count each result you expect to generate, then leave room for creative variations and corrections. Ten Standard generations use 10 credits. Ten Pro generations use 20. A project that needs one final image may still need several attempts as you refine the prompt or source photo.

Use Standard while exploring composition and wording, then move to Pro for selected final attempts when the higher-fidelity mode is useful. Credit balances and plan details are shown in the account experience, and current purchase options are listed on the pricing page.
